Basic Cooking Instructions

• Rinse 1 cup Bulgur thoroughly

• Add 2 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt

• Bring to boil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes

• Allow to simmer on low heat until all liquid has been absorbed
