Late Deliveries
What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is free for orders above R1000.00.  Orders below R1000.00 will be charged based on the following criteria:

  • Size and quantity of items
  • Location within South Africa 

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
One of our consultants will contact and inform you of the stock shortage, thereafter you will have the choice to replace the item with an item of similar value or a refund for the short item will be reimbursed to your account.

Where does BodiCafé deliver to?
Gerardo Trading Cc t/a BodiCafé only ships to addresses within South Africa. For deliveries outside of South Africa a BodiCafé consultant will contact you to make a suitable arrangement.

Do you deliver overseas?
Gerardo Trading Cc t/a BodiCafé only ships to addresses within South Africa. For deliveries outside of South Africa a BodiCafé consultant will contact you to make a suitable arrangement.

How will delivery be calculated? Will there be a flat fee or is it calculated according to area etc.?

Orders below R1000.00 will be charged based on the following criteria:

  • Size and quantity of items
  • Location within South Africa
  •  

Will customers be able to track online orders? Will there be a tracking number/method they can use?
Yes you will be able to track your order online, by use of the following methods

  • If you login to your account on the online store, you will be able to see the status of your order
  • You can also utilize the tracking number provided to you when you place your order

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Gerardo Trading Cc t/a BodiCafé is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Gerardo Trading Cc t/a BodiCafé will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Your item must be in the original packaging
Your item needs to have the receipt

Refunds

Gerardo Trading Cc t/a BodiCafé is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. No expired stock will be accepted for credit returns.

Claims for shortages or damages must within 72 hours after delivery, failing which no claim will be recognized.
