You Will Need:
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups pre-soaked chickpeas 
- 
4 tbs olive oil 
- 
Salt to taste 
- 
1 tbs lemon juice (more or less if needed) 
- 
2 tbs freshly crushed garlic 
- 
2 tbs water (more if needed) 
- 
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder 
Method:
- 
Drain and rinse chickpeas 
- 
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water, salt or olive oil to adjust taste and consistency 
- 
Enjoy on toast with cayenne pepper, spring onion and sliced tomato 
- 
Store in an airtight container in the fridge, use within one week
