Basic Cooking Instructions

•Pre-soak chick peas overnight

•Wash and rinse thoroughly

•Add 3 cups water to 1 cup chick peas

•Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer covered 1½ – 2 hours

•Add water as required until tender
