Stinging Nettle Tea is a non-acidic, herbal tea which may assist with the following conditions: osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and bladder infections. Add half a teaspoon of peppermint tea to enhance the flavour of your herbal tea. Stinging Nettle Tea may be enjoyed as a substitute for caffeinated teas and coffees.
Place 1 teaspoon of the tea mixture in a cup. Fill the cup with boiling water. Cover cup with saucer and let it stand for 5 minutes. Strain leaves and add 1 teaspoon of fructose to liquid. Drink 2 cups a day. Do not add milk.
When pregnant or breastfeeding use with medical supervision.
