Children (From 12 – 16 years old):
1 – 2 teaspoons in a cup of warm water (not hot), 3 times a day.
Drink immediately to prevent gelling.
Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water per day to assist cleansing the colon
Keep out of reach of children
Do not take Nutritional Lifestyle Fibre if:
Nutritional Lifestyle Fibre should not be taken by or given to children below the age of 12 years.
Do not take Nutritional Lifestyle Fibre for longer than two weeks unless under medical supervision.
