Basic Cooking Isntructions

• Pre-soak 1 cup beans overnight

• Wash & rinse thoroughly

• Add 4 cups water to 1 cup beans

• Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 1 – 2 hrs

• Add water as necessary
